I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay for 4 of us based on being near to the sea & offering value for money.
My husband was playing golf with 2 friends at Kusadasi golf club & I went too. At reception the girl was very attentive & I was given a room on the 2nd floor. As I was ascending the stairs, a member of staff greeted me & took my suitcase. He then asked me to wait a minute & proceeded to exchange my room for one at the front of the hotel with a full sea view (I think he was the manager). Rooms are comfy with large bed & small wet room. TV & air con too. The hotel has a lovely pool area with sun beds & bar for drinks.
There is also a short walk to the hotel beach bar,with a few sun beds & tables under shade &  with steps down into the sea which was sandy & shallow. We had drinks at the beach bar & I had toast at lunchtime.
Breakfast was Turkish style, with plenty of options.
I would certainly come back here again for a few days.

Lovely seaside hotel

Very nice View and Ambiente with Calming Musik and Staff. The Rooms have a Modern look and are Clean at a affoardable budget. 
Access to the Sea is via Staires from a Dock wich is owned by the Hotel. The Lokal Swimming area is shallow at the beginnig and makes it save for children. Further on it gets deaper till feet cant reach the ground. 

The Enviorment has a typical oriental and greek touch. Very long beach side side ways and Bikelanes at length of minimum 10 Kilometers. There are also Ferrys wich bring you to Greek Ilands like Samos for a day Trip. 

Acces via beach( Sand ) is Possible after a 5 minute Walk.

Peace at Turkisch Bays

For me Guzelcamli is very nice play with a great and clean sea, sandy beaches and mountains. Its a great place to relax here, not so many cafes and bars as you can see in Kusadasi but its a perfect fresh nature. So if you wanna enjoy your holidays you dont need to chose expensive hotels with big pools. Kinalikaya hotel for us was perfect coz its just near the sea, small one nearly 50 rooms and sure it was cheap. Rooms are small but you always have there shampoo and soap and clean towels. Friendly staff who can answer all your questions. Good food for 3 stars hotel and it was tasty. Small bar near the pool/ Also hotel has its own entrance to the sea something like scaffold. Its maximum 10 sunbeds there but its ok coz there are not so many customers and you can always find place there. And if you want some hamburger or cola staff of the hotel will bring it to you in few minutes. Prices are very nice. Sure the hotel is not very new but if you smell the air early in the morning or if you sit on the scaffold at night and listen to the waves (instead of sunbeds they put there soft chairs in night time) you will understand that life is beautiful.

Nice holidays for small money

I had needed somewhere to stay for just one night as I was driving south and needed to break my journey, and this hotel met my needs perfectly for a very low nightly rate. To be honest, the building is very dated and tired, so would benefit from investment in extensive modernization, but it was clean and I slept very well on the comfy bed. What made this stay extra special, however, was the warm and friendly welcome from the hotel owners/management team, who extended every effort to take good care of me and treated me more like a family friend. Special mention of some lovely impromptu Turkish music from local gentlemen on the terrace whilst I was eating some great fish they had kindly prepared for me after arriving at such a late hour!

Tired accommodation, but amazingly welcoming

My account was charged 300 Turkish Lira  over the price that was listed. I feel ripped off by the management. The shower and bathroom was terrible.  There was nothing in the rooms and no wifi.Thw breakfast was a joke. No coffee or hot water was offered. The milk you for Everything.  I was very disappointed and regret my stay.
