IC Hotels Green Palace

This hotel is certainly one of the best we have ever been to! Great place for families, you have everything you need at one place: private sand beach with small stones, one playground at the beach, other one next to the kids club, two pools with water slides, splash zone and one mini pool for toddlers next to the activity pool. But the hotel has some quiet zones and pool only for adults as well. We were not sure about going in May but the weather was great and we went swimming everyday. Kid´s pools were very warm and the ocean was fine. Plenty of sunbeds even by 10AM but I can imagine you will spend a lot of time in the queue during the main season especially for lift and drinks. Let me give you some pros and cons. + - Early check in at 10AM and welcome drink - Housekeeping - Great quality of sleep (comfy bed, pillow, curtains) - Very good A/C and mini bar in the room - High level of customer service (but focused more on Russians) - Doctor available at the site - Water always available in fridges, popsicles (magnum, cornetto) and beer up for grabs at the main pool - Snacks till 5AM - Food for babies and toddlers in separate restaurant (formula, first food, chicken soap, mashed potatoes, boiled vegetable, fish… unfortunately same everyday), mixer and microwave also available - benches by the kids pool - - Evening show was very loud even for adults - Animation team and program was a disappointment for us - On going construction work next door (not to be heard by the pool) - The food was good but same every day - Desserts and coffee were pretty bad - Water slides “closed” after 5PM - Hotel staff ignoring bad behavior and rule breaking from hotel guests (dangerous behavior in the pool, kids bullying cats which are by the way sharing the main restaurant with guests) - Not enough toilets by pools
