We enjoyed our stay of two nights. The suite was very nice and spacious, with a welcome woodstove and kitchen. We arrived the first night to have dinner served to us in our room, which was delicious. I had mentioned that it was my wife's birthday, and staff surprised us with a cake and candles. We were the only guests at the time in February. The gated compound probably has greater appeal when the pools are full and more is growing around the grounds, but the architecture is very appealing anytime. The staff were very attentive, seeing to our every need. 

The abandoned village is a very short walk away. We spent a bit of time there and then walked a section of the Lycean Way down to the beach (several hours) at Ölüdeniz and took a taxi back from there.

Lovely suite, good food, great service

I had the pleasure of spending a week at Kaya Villas Exclusive in October 2023.  I have to say it was fabulous from start to finish.  The staff were so welcoming, friendly and efficient.  The villa was amazing, so clean, new, fresh and equipped with everything you need.  The most comfortable bed!  The pool area was lovely and quiet, so relaxing and peaceful.  The breakfast was a Turkish feast.... the dishes kept coming.  We ate in the restaurant a few nights and it was top class.  We sat around at night had a few drinks, the place was light up beautifully.  I just love this place and look forward to returning.  I can highly recommend Kaya Villas Exclusive.

Relaxing Luxurious break in the sun

We spent amazing time in Kaya Villas Exclusive. As soon as the gates open it's like arriving to a paradise! The villa we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had everything you might need. You can only describe it as total luxury. The gardens, the pool area and the restaurant were like from a postcard - just stunning! The staff could not have been more professional and lovely. The food was very tasty and well presented. Kayakoy village has a really interesting history as "ghost village". Fethiey and Oludeniz are about 10 minute taxi ride away if you are looking for a livelier night out.Kaya Villas Exclusive is a perfect place to relax and to spent time in luxury surroundings surounded by beautiful views were ever you look! I would highly recommend! 

Like a paradise!

Excellent kitchen and service, happy and respectfull staff, peaceful environment in the middle of the history and nature. Smooth steering from airport  to hotel  and hotel to  oludeniz and fethiye.  Can not wait to go again. 

Clean and peaceful

This is the most beatifull hotel in Turquie I'd recommend it to anyone the people are nice and the vies is beatiful.
Theres a pool with a beatifull view. Theres a restaurant and the food is délicious.

Never been in a place like this!!!

This place is a hidden gem, my most favourite place in this beautiful country. Kaya villas is a genuine find, the self catering cottages are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The gardens and pool area are stunning, plenty of sun loungers and seating and adorable intimate bar and dining area for social gatherings with your fellow guests when the sun sets.. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location, remote enough to escape from civilization yet close to towns of Fetiyhe or Hisarinou/Olu Deniz, you won't be dissapointed. Kaya villas is the perfect base to explore the area. The owners Suzanne and Vedat, are the most gracious of hosts, you will receive the warmest of welcomes and immediately feel at ease. They have a wealth of knowledge of the local area and are always on hand to help you get the most out of your stay, from restaurant recommendations to organised trips. 
We don't usually return to the same holiday destination more than twice, but this has been our fourth visit to Kaya Villas!! We have fallen in love with the location and the charm and beauty of this special place.. Am almost reluctant to share our secret! Book with confidence, this place is truly special, you won't be dissapointed!! ❤️ Jo & Andy

My Happy Place!!

We had the most lovely time at Kaya Villas this September (2019). What an absolutely gorgeous & private setting. Oh my we just loved it. I just know that we will be back again very soon. Suzanne and Vedat have absolutely nailed it there! This is definitely my secret place to go. Totally love it. The villas are exceptionally well thought out. Can't wait to go back soon. 

The best kept secret in Kaya

This was our third stay at Kaya Villas, Suzanne, Vedat and Tarkan are the perfect hosts. Nothing is a problem and they are on hand at all times for any queries. They organised boat trip, BBQ and nights out for all of their guests which was fantastic.
From the minute you arrive they make you feel at home, and you are treated like part of the family. The villas and surrounding area are so beautiful and spotlessly clean. The villas are situated in a excellent location, with great access to local villages with lots of choices of restaurants.

Paradise

Suzanne & Vedat were very warm hosts and made our holiday most enjoyable. Vedat, perhaps, under-estimated the ability of the group and walks were not as varied or as exacting as we had hoped or expected.
The accommodation was excellent, it was comfortable, and the whole complex was clean and maintained to a high standard. We had a package which included food rather than the usual self-catering. Breakfasts were good with plenty of variety. There could however have been a little more variety for evening meals.
We made good use of the bar, but a better system of recording drinks and a display of the price tariff of drinks would be helpful.
