We stayed there for 4 nights. Overall we would rate 8 out of 10. Area not the best even it's central part of the city, and very dark streets around there at nights, good to have a flashlight. But hotel has cameras all around for safety. Members of staff excellent,  very caring and polite, helpfull and willing to provide the best service,  open 24/7. Specially welcoming member of staff was Ibrahim. The view from there is amazing, swimming pool very refreshing, breakfast great, changing few positions every day.

This is a clean pleasant hotel with wonderful views.The rooms are a little tired but ok - Good shower and AC.The streets around the hotel are very run down akin to a shanty town with begging kids but just sad not dangerous.A very steep incline to the hotel - so if not able bodied get a taxiI enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for the cost.

Very close to the monuments it was a good choice !

Hotel was good in general. Our room was a bit small but guessing it was because we had the economic room. Breakfast was great, plenty options to choose from. A truly Turkish breakfast. The staff were friendly. Location was walkable to Sultanahmet. Overall, good experience.

It is up the hill an the building and streets are so old that no taxi wants to drive there. Im the morning you hear chicken and orher birds. Very loud. But the room was clean and big.

Very nice! All employees are very kind and friendly! The place is clean and cosy, the views are spectacular. It is important to check how to get here because it is a little tricky and I would recommend to put a sign near the doorbell for precision.

We booked this “wannabe"hotel based on the good reviews written on “Booking.com”, but it was a terrible experience.
First of all, the hotel is located on a hill, in a dangerous area surrounded by mountains of garbage and shady people.

Secondly, after we made the check-in we were offered two economy rooms instead of two standard rooms, which we reserved. We tried to explain the reception guy that we booked another room, and he was keep lying us, that this is the standard room which we reserved even through we saw the pictures from Booking.com that this was the economy room!!!
The rooms were terrible, not more than 10 square meters, with old and broken furniture, and a smelly bathroom.
After keep complaining about this garbage rooms they offered to change only one of the rooms, due to “fully occupancy”, the next day.
The next day, when we came to the reception we spoke with a grumpy man, which he did not now anything about this change and he was rude and angry. He lied us that the hotel is fully booked and he doesn’t have rooms available to change us the room. After keep complaining about the situation he changed us on of the rooms room with the room that we reserved, a standard one.
Moreover, the breakfast was good but everything came into small quantity. We had to ask everytime to make the refill for coffee, milk, cheese and bread, making us feel uncomfortable. 
The only good thing about this hotel, was a friendly employee, named Ibrahim, who was customer oriented and very helpful. The reception guys should learn from him how to treat the customers!
To sum up, please a kid this hotel! It is a scam and they will ruin your holiday!

Worst hotel ever

The service provided was out standing. Helped us to get taxi. The room was clean but there was mosquitoes in it.Thats the only complaint.
