Beautiful place. Great staff. Food selection brilliant. The hotel is beautifully located in the mountainous bay area. There isn't a beach unless you wish to walk up the coast path towards Icmeler which isn't ideal with young children. That said the facilities are great. Children's club is brilliant. Couldn't fault that at all. The pool areas are fantastic. Cold at the beginning of the season so bear that in mind. The buffet restaurant is massive. So much choice. Don't worry about currency. The staff and most people will take GBP and we found their own exchange rate was better than the bank so take GBP. Tipping goes a long way. The room was really nice and the cleaning staff were nice. We had a big problem at the beginning of the holiday which was nothing to do with the hotel but our tour company. The hotel were accommodating with sorting it. The restaurants were lovely. We booked the Italian. We were served by Ahmet. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. He was fabulous with our daughter. He also helped sort the problem our tour operator left us with as well. Genuinely the hotel and its facilities are great. I would happily go back. There are many things to do around the area. The only gripe is that most of the trips don't pick up at the hotel foyer. You have to walk to the main road and it is a steep hill and about 500 yards so if you have mobility issues bear that in mind. The entertainment is also really good. Turkey is beautiful. The people are really nice. Excellent holiday
