Room is a proper cave but has sewage smell emanating from bathroom which is bad. Also customer service is not great. I booked for two night and within 24hrs and about 10 days before the trip I asked for a little flexibility to change only one day but they declined. Well within their right to do so but very unusual for a properly not to consider and be flexible with customer.
Customer service was totally inflexible and not very considerate.
