What was good

The staff tried there best with very limited resources to make our stay comfortable

What was bad

We have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this time we were very disappointed, the room was very dated and our bedding and towels were not changed at all on our stay, shower supplies were not restocked and our room was not cleaned on our 5 day stay,.The breakfast was very limited, no cereal from day two , limited choice, it wasn’t until I asked the manager why there was no milk for the coffee machine on our third day that he told me the hotel was closing on the 7th October maybe for good. The staff were excellent with the resources they had and even managed on our third day of our stay to supply us ( guests ) with boiled eggs, chips, juice, various meats, and to find some milk for the coffee machine. We have noticed the decline of this hotel over several visits and feel it needs completely renovating and refurbishing. Thanks again to the staff, but the owners need to sort things out.
