Stayed here with my daughter, the hotel is stunning only built in 2023 the furniture in the rooms still smell like new. Their customer service was exceptional, we went just after the season had started and the entertainment was been held inside the hotel when we arrived, after a couple days I spoke to the manager lovely lady to voice my concerns in regards to the entertainment as there isn’t any thing to do outside the hotel. Except there is the land of legends literally three blocks down, could see it from the hotel on a night looked lovely. She explained that due to weather not been as good at the start it was been held in the lobby area, but it was only live music. I explained that I only booked this hotel due to it advertising evening entertainment with live shows and performances, she then invited the manager of the entertainment for him to hear my concerns feedback, they both took it on board and said that they will start to put on evening entertainment outside on the stage. The stage is huge, the entertainment was provided every night from then on as the weather had picked up on day two of our holiday, and I must say the entertainment was fantastic, every night was a different show catering for for everyone. Well done and keep the excellent work up👌 for me and my daughter the adult only pool area was beautiful as it was a kid free zone, my kids are grown adults and when I go on holiday I like to be in a kids free zone. The adult area pool has a Starbucks all Inclusive along with a beautiful restaurant, freshly cooked top quality food at your request, a lovely bar too with all the drinks you could want, including cocktails 🍹. They had a DJ playing every afternoon making the atmosphere so good with sun shining, the fitness centre is also in this area, very modern. The kids family pool area with its splash park is good families with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Various eating places around the kids pool area, catering for all taste buds, and you can’t beat ice cream and ice lollies for you to help yourself. The main restaurant had different food options everyday, knowing it was fresh everyday was very reassuring they cook fresh food. The hotel is extremely clean, staff are very friendly and smiling. I would highly recommend this hotel to both solo/couples and family’s, I will definitely be returning here later this year hopefully end of Aug or Sept.
