Sandy Beach Resort 

We had a wonderful week mooring at Sandy Beach resort. The staff was very helpful and flexible in helping us with food, whale snorkeling, and diving. Even though the was busy helping their guests with canceled flights, they still manage to assists our group of 9 in having an adventure at Ha’pai. staff was very helpful, fun, and flexible in assisting us in all The whale snorkeling trips was amazing. We had very good encounters, and with a respectful approach to the whale and calf. Diving and snorkling was amazing. The Lotofoa Canyon had beautiful architectural coral canyons with a lot of fish. We could hear the humpback whale sing during the dive. The Green cave dive site was also beautiful, with caves, corals and narrow swim through. We where lucky to experience the Tongan feast Friday, with authentic Tongan food, and native dancing. The house reef has a local leopard/zebra shark, which you can snorkel with. There is also turtle you can snorkel with if you can catch up. Thank you for making our week amazing Nina, Darren, Lily, Arron, Toby, George, Dickie, Charlotte, and the rest of the staff.
