While we were returning from a road trip t
we  broke  the journey  by staying at this most comfortable hotel .while it’s in town it provides parking outside your room .
The rooms are spotless and the bed and bathroom are perfect for a refreshing  nights  stay over.
A short stroll into town  and a walk along the promenade Was delightful and you get a lovely sense of living in A Thai seaside town where it’s calm and isn’t run over by tourists.
A real gem of a small very affordable hotel that deserves its success.

Booked this last minute via booking.com and stayed for one night. Only 5 mins walk from the station, room was immaculate, we were so pleased. Each room is in a beautiful little chalet - very American! Room/Bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast included a burger with option of toast/fruit. Would certainly recommend to friends/family! 

Beautiful hidden treasure

There is nothing else I can add that hasnt been covered by previous reviews. Lovely room, quiet location, easy to find from train station. Well signposted. Loved our stay in prachuap and was made extra special by the genuinely friendly owners. Madame Mem, madam nuu very helpful and kind.. drove us to bus station to book tickets to phuket. Gave us map of prachuap and pointed out where to go. Also nice to be provided toast and coffee for breakfast. So glad we picked here to stay and thanks to all the people on trip advisor for the helpful reviews. Spot on.!!

Very nice stay

Such a friendly relaxing place to stay.The owners cannot do enough to help you. They noticed I had bought a small cushion asking why, when I explained they brought me a softer pillow,so thoughtful, they even provided me with a needle and cotton.Spotlessly clean throughout, friendly polite staff,excellent breakfast, which is complimentary,lovely large air conditioned rooms, so quiet and peaceful. They even loan you their umbrellas and bicycles.When we left they gave us a lift to the train station, they couldn’t do enough to help you. We had a lovely relaxing stay. The location was perfect and we look forward to going back. We highly recommend this place .

Excellent place to stay.

This immaculately clean motel-styled resort is a gem. The towels are replaced every day, water is provided in the fridge, and the air conditioner works well and quietly.
The owner is very generous with her time, actions and resources. It was a very pleasant surprise to find that although no breakfast is booked with the room, she provides coffee and tea, toast, fruit, and sometimes sandwiches and cakes.She will book your onward travel, and took us to the station for the bus and others to the rail station. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We will certainly stay here again in this excellently run resort if we are ever in Prachuap Khiri Khan in the future.

Most Generous Resort Host

very good size rooms with a king size bed good bathroom facilities flat screen tv aircon works well only draw back to to the room is no room safe hotel gives you a free continental style breakfast what was not included in the booking which was good the resort is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and train station is very close bye

Guest house located 200 meters from the sea in a quiet street. We were friendly welcomed and received a very spacious room with a large double bed. A small minus: the bed was very hard to lie on! At one wall a low table with two chairs. On the other side a table with chair. We could lose our luggage on those chairs and low tables. In a large wardrobe we could store our clothes and other items. A spacious bathroom with separate shower area. For the room outside we had a spacious terrace with a table and two chairs. All this was very well maintained. Every day the rooms were cleaned and the towels refreshed. Breakfast we could take in the reception area annex terrace. This is a fairly new guest house that is very well maintained by the owners.
Definitely recommended to stay there
