Very bad experience. No receptionist at the counter when we arrive the hotel. We looked high and low for the receptionist.This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No taxi. Luckily we hired a taxi driver from Bangkok to bring us there for 2 days 1 night. After we came back from dinner at night, again no receptionist at the counter. The lights of the way to our room were not on. We need to on the lights ourselves and some places have no light at all. We need to use the torch light from our handphone in order for us to reach our room.Early morning of the next day (around 5am) my husband and my brother in law pooped but there was no water to flush the toilet and for them to wash up.I went out to look for help but only an old security guard who can't speak English was around.The receptionist came in around 7am and she opened other room for my husband and my brother in law to wash up and take bath but the water only flow less than 1 minutes.My sister in law and I managed to brushed our teeth at the common toilet near to reception.The receptionist told us the breakfast is included but non of us want to have our breakfast there at the situation that no water supply. We left without taking bath.We would like to demand back the money that we paid to his hotel.Thank you

We stayed for a night at the hotel. It took a long time to get the room as there is only one man at the counter and one lady that run between room and counter to check whether the rooms were ready for guests. Room is clean but toilet was not properly clean. Not value for money for the service.

Not a professional run hotel

We booked the hotel and wanted to check in at 6.00pm but no staff at front. We called the hotel owner. He didn't receive our many calls. This we must wait hotel staff until 9.00 at front because we already paid. It was very waste time for us. Finally we decided to book another hotel at very late night.we came back to this hotel again for cancellation. No staff came until we waited for awhile.they came. Then we cancelled.

Very bad

We arrived in the Khao Yai valley for the long weekend with the idea of a bungalow in nature, lovely gardens and some birdlife. We found a multi storey block of en suite rooms and a swimming pool. The rooms were uninspired and the worst breakfast we've had in Thailand was included in the price. 

Not a westerner's idea of a resort

I reach khao yai at night and quite lost while finding this resort
At 11pm there is no one at front office, the security gave me the key and we just directly to our room .
The room is clean and ammenities are good though the bathroom still need renovation 
My room get the poolside view, quite a big pool but less people there due to my visit in low season, if peak season should be crowded.
Breakfast served per set .. u can try soupy rice as breakfast , its nice to warm your body ... quite cold in the morning 
We asked for our passport after breakfast , the staff really friendly though hard to communicate more due to their limit of english language ;(

Big hotel and clean room

We stayed as a family for two nights at the weekend. Wish we had left after one but we had prepaid. Our rooms were very basic, the shower room grubby, not enough toiletries, there was an 'odour' from the organic garden next door. The staff were helpful but their English was limited. Cooked breakfast was cold - I made do with toast. The pool and surrounds looked clean and well maintained, though we didn't use it.

not value for money

My friends and I stayed here only a night. The resort is kinda far from attractions. Nothing much for facilities. Room was quite big and clean. Bed was comfy but pillow was too soft and seemed old. Bathroom was big and clean as well. They got  small shampoo, soap and shower gel so u better bring your own toilet stuff but there was a minimart just right in front of the resort so no worries if u need to buy anything. We all had  sleep problem after sunrise cos of very thin curtain in our room. Breakfast was a bit poor. Service was super. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt safe and warm during my stay here....
