The room was huge - we had a separate bedroom, large bathroom (tap a bit wonky) a balcony, fridge, air con, table and chairs - really well appointed. Lovely view of sea and palms and the coast. 
The swimming pool was fabulous! Cold drinks at reception. 
The whole place was decorated in Thai style with carvings and art. The plants and flowers were beautiful - really well-pruned and looked after (I'm a professional gardener!) nice to see Ganesha shrine at gate. 
Really good location nd price for busy Hua Hin.

I had bad mosquitoes bites on my legs, And the lady owner of the hotel, went out of her way to treat my bites

brilliant family run hotel

We stayed at blueberry for two nights and were very happy with our experience. Asanee, the woman who owns the resort with her family was so friendly and we ate breakfast with her in the mornings. When we were leaving Hua Hin she unexpectedly have us a ride to the train station and helped us buy our tickets. She made the experience so wonderful.
The pool is clean and beautiful and you only have a two minute walk or less to the beach. The rooms were well priced and very clean. 
Blueberry is very close to some great restaurants for any meal.

Great location and staff!

Clean quiet and pleasant with easy access to the beach. A short tuk tuk tuk ride from the city centre with a good choice of restaurants .Good inclusive breakfast included in the price we paid. Family run. Swimming pool a bonus.

I had 2 nights at this hotel, which is basic accommodation  reflected in the price I paid. I didn't expect too much from the room however the security safe in the room did not work. I had approximately 8000 Thai Bhat and £700 in cash and credit cards which would have been stored in the safe during my stay. As I was staying for a short period I decided to store the money in the lining of my travel case while away from my room. During my stay I did not have any female visitor stay over in my room.  Following checkout of the hotel I checked my travel case lining for the money and was short of £200 !  No credit cards were stolen and no unusual transaction have been made on the cards since.  I have no ideal who had stolen the money and thankful all the money wasn't stolen and my laptop, passport and credit cards were not stolen. I didn't get the police involved as I did not want the hassle during my holiday. Just be a little more careful than I was - or insist on a working security safe.  Some at this hotel has light fingers !!

Beware of this hotel

Al tough the location is perfect at the beach side and the room was clean to start with
 there was no cleaning of the room in the 8 days  we stayed, also no clean towels in the 8th days even when asking for them
there where very small little spiders in room (many) even in the bed,rooms where not maintained, 
chairs where half broke in our apartment,   a chair leg broke off a  75 year old lady visiting us  fall because of this (answer off the family "the chair was used by to heavy Farangs') 
the sink was loose on the standard bathroom, so we could not use it , there was no kitchen ware in the kitchen, 1 knife only 
There where no stair hand rails not even in the escape route, and the stair step is to small in case off emergency 
The family (me and my husband) we experienced them as  not polite, staff seemed ok, 
beside the spiders i hear at night animals between walls an ceiling, we where happy to leave after 8th days to a great place
