Loved this place! The staff were so friendly, and the place has a really relaxed atmosphere. Our bungalow was bright and airy and a short walk to a stunning beach. The restaurant has some of the best food on the island

Friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner! Near to the beach, but to swim at a nice beach you have to walk a little bit. All in all a nice accommodation with a good price:) We had a nice and relaxed stay there!

The location was superb! Quiet & peaceful with soft ocean breezes, perched just above the beach. It is really unfortunate that the hotel across the street interfered with the view, but its still really nice. Staff was professional, personable, sincere & outgoing. Helped accommodate our needs happily. Really enjoyed the music. 


Fantastic Getaway

The place is not on Nungwi's main beach but has views to Indian Ocean .  The Nungwi beach and  the tourist area is about  30 minutes walking but you can take a taxi for 4-5 $ . The bungalows are in the middle of a beautiful garden and all have a veranda  . The  rooms are double bed ,simple but comfortable and clean  . The batroom and  toilet facilities need some improvements .  The bar is a great place to relax, enjoy great music , drink a cocktail with freshly squeezed fruit or a cold beer  . The staff are  welcoming and realy friendly . Excellent seafood !! We will definitely come back .

Lovely and peaceful place

We stayed in Nungwi Dreams across the road so I cant comment on the accommodation. We came to the bar for a drink to get out of the hotel. Its a typical beach bar (although not on the beach), reggae music and chilled bar staff. We ordered food and had to wait 1hr and 20mins. There was no one else in the bar. So we complained, but were told that the food was freshly prepared blah blah blah. I ordered the tuna skewer and vegetables. It was amazing, the flavour and texture was like the guy had slow cooked it all that time. I was so surprised. So the next day I came back for lunch, but now I was ready for the wait. Again, no one else ordering food but still we had to wait an hour. It was amazing again. I came back the same evening and had the lobster. The same story, you just need to chill and wait for the amazing food. Small lobster was $8. Amazing place for the food and vibe but take a chill pill before you come, and be prepared to wait.
