Family of 13 came here and it was a great experience from start to finish. We are English and we had no issues at all like others were describing. We had a couple of small problems that were fixed within 30 mins. We first arrived at 10pm and the hotel had kept some food for all the guests checking in. (Great start). Bar was lively, and our rooms wasn’t too close to the noise. Not that it was overly noisy. The pool wasn’t the biggest but it was never that busy so it was fine. There is also an adult pool. The staff were constantly walking around cleaning and fixing issues (broken tiles, and other minimal problems). Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked it most times, it’s around 20 mins walk. There are taxis everywhere so you’ll have no problem getting around. The water park was brilliant, as was a wildlife park (can’t remember the name), both less than 10 euros in a taxi. A little expensive to get in but well worth it. Dolphin show was amazing. The sea was a little choppy, other than that no complaints about the hotel or the area. Would def come back.
