Our family of four stayed in a two level apartment (#6).  The location is great - a 12 minute walk to the charming town of Potes, across the street from a supermarket, and lovely views of the mountains.  The check in process was easy and plenty of parking was available.  The apartment was clean.  Our only complaint was that the wifi was not very strong - we were never really able to use it.  Overall a good base to explore the Picos de Europa.

Well located comfortable apartment close to Potes

Nice unpretentious apartments in a small village in the outskirts of Potes -it might be one kilometre away or so-. The apartments are clean and quiet, with a well equipped kitchenette. Clean and new bathroom. There´s also a small spa area to relax a bit. This establishment is very easy to find, it´s just by the road, so the surroundings aren´t very special, but its location is quite convenient: there are supermarkets, laundry, restaurants and shops around. Easy parking at the entrance. Friendly staff. Good prices.

A practical option in Potes with a convenient location.

We stayed in November for two nights, in a ground floor apartment.  This was quite large apartment with plenty of space for the two of us.  Everything was clean and tidy, and we really enjoyed our stay.  The kitchen had everything we needed, allowing us to have our own breakfast to start the day.  The only problem we had was finding a bakery open before 9am to get fresh bread.

The location is a bit out of town and on the main road, but was only a couple of minutes drive from Potes.

The small spa was a great place to relax after a day out.  Although it was cold outside the spa room and pool were warm, and the Sauna was quick to heat up.  The other apartments were empty so we had the spa to ourselves.

The apartment block has been very well converted I to holiday apartments. High quality and a lovely spa area on the ground floor. Very close to the lovely town of Potes with a good selection of restaurants. It is a great base for visiting this lovely area.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is in good condition. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which was the cheapest option.

There was a good amount of space in the apartment for the two of us. The kitchen is adequate for cooking breakfasts and light lunches. There is a mini supermarket opposite the apartments which has all you might need for a stay.

The large double bed is very comfortable.

The bathroom is modern and clean.

There is ample parking outside.

The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are in excellent condition and were really nice to use throughout our stay. 

There are a couple of outside garden areas which are very pleasant to be in in the evening.

The apartments are approx 10 to 15 minutes level walk away from the restaurants and bars of Potes. 

Overall a very nice place to stay.
