Hostal Alfonso 

We stayed there for few days in the summer. We had some contact with the host beforehand, and we were provided with all the important information. We arrived very late at night. Young gentelman just handed us the key to our room, and he said to come back after the breakfast to sort out the payment etc. It was great, as we were so tired, and we really wanted out bed. This gentelman spoke Spanish, German and English. Wow! I think there could be some information said on the check in like what time and where is the breakfast etc, or maybe a small information card in the room . but this is only small thing. Breakfast was quite simple continental selection, but was fresh and vey good choice of products, and replenished regularly by the very nice elder lady from the kitchen. Every staff member we came across was exceptionally nice. Overall the place had a great location, close to everything in Cala Ratjada. We had a mixed feelings about the room.. Size of the rooms was perfect. Bathroom was clean and in good size. Whole room was clean and very basic. We had only 1 socket in the room and one in the bathroom, which was not ideal, but I'm sure the staff would be more then happy to privide us with extra adapter or something. The only problem with the room we experienced, was the temperature. It was extremelly hot at night, and we were both really strugelling to sleep. We had to keep the balcony door open, which made it even harder to sleep, as I was terified to sleep with the door wide open. This is the only reason we had mixed feelings. Everything else was good. Maybe would be good idea to invest in to some quiet fans for the rooms? Or maybe there was an option but we didnt ask? We really enjoyed our stay there and I think we will be back next year.
