Hotel Seth Playa Azul

Visited this Hotel in mid October as my sister had always wanted to stay here. We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. Room was spotless. Unfortunately on day two, early in the morning, my sister collapsed. The male night receptionist was quick to respond and called an ambulance. At that time all her observations were normal so the ambulance crew left her in our room. She steadily got worse and a few hours later the Manager, Andreu Moll, was alerted. He took charge of the situation and recontacted the ambulance. Many of the staff speak good English including Mr Moll. He was able to tell them how urgent the situation was, and when they arrived he translated questions and answers. My sister was rushed to hospital with a burst stomach ulcer and ended up in Intensive Care. Luckily due to his quick actions she recovered in time to get the return flight home. Nothing was too much trouble for Mr Moll and his staff. All of them were so helpful and lovely. I can't thank them enough. Fabulous staff in an emergency.
