Well maintained apartment with all your need of spacious size, central AC, fitted kitchen, 2 toilets, comfy clean beds, wash machine/dryer, dishwasher, large TV and has a balcony.

Excellent support during our stay from the lucky flats team. They guided us to check in late, helped answering all our queries and provided recommendations on places to visit and eat.

Definitely worth the money.

We spent close to 10 days in one of the 'superior' apartments and felt the experience to be very close to home. The apartment was not situated towards the main street and it was very quiet. The apartment also included a private terrace on the next floor, which could be accessed via stairs from the living room. It was one of the very few locations in Alicante that offered a double bed + two single beds, which is perfect for a family of four. The location is absolutely great, close to everything you need and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The check-in process was very smooth, you will be instructed exactly how to check in via an email. In case you wonder anything, the team is easy to reach via phone and email. Be aware that the apartment does not have an elevator, and that the stairs are quite narrow. We did not have any issues with the stairs even though we lived on the top floor, but this may be worth knowing for elders, kids etc.

Overall, a great experience. Worth the price considering the extremely good location and complete amenities.

We spent four nights in this apartment during a short visit to Alicante and it was absolutely perfect for our needs.

The accomodation was very clean, well equipped airy and spacious with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. Even though it was in the heart of the busy part of the city there was no noise from outside at all.

The position of the flats is perfect for exploring Alicante - the old town is close by, the central market is five minutes away, supermarkets, shops and bakeries are everywhere - just great in fact.

Do be aware that there is no lift to the rooms. We were on the second floor though and, despite being in our late 60's, had no problems in getting our luggage up the stairs. 

Finally the service provided by the staff was first class and ever so helpful. If we return to Alicante we will have no hesitation in using their facilities again.

This hotel is right on the Main Street very close to all the restaurants and bars that you're going to want to go to it is also located very close to the beach area with the main Boardwalk where there's lots of shopping we were all so impressed that from it is a short walk from this hotel to be able to go up to the castle which probably the best thing to do in allacante we had a great stay and this is a very nice hotel for the price.

Beautiful modern very clean apartment, enjoyed our 1 night stay here And would definately recommend.

LOVELY NIGHT IN ALICANTE

Very clean apartment with a great location. It's half a block away from the central market of Alicante. There are many restaurants and boutiques in the area as well. There are a few bars right below, but they only got noisy on the weekend (no problems with windows closed). Each room has air conditioning and the beds are moderately comfortable. Beware there is no elevator! Staircase is narrow if you're brining a large suitcase. For American tourists, the washing machine has to be controlled manually. You have to set it to wash, rinse, spin yourself. It will not do it automatically. The shower is tiny. It's a circus trick to take a shower, but we figured it out. Point the shower head onto the wall while soaping up etc. Careful not to touch the hot water side of the shower unit. You can get seriously burned. We stayed 5 days in the apartment and got used everything, so you will too.

The only good thing is the position. For everything else, it has been a big disappointment. The building is old, no lift just stairs, and the apartment is quite dirty. Moreover, it’s difficult to find the right silence to sleep since you hear the noise from the guys partying outside and the noise from the other apartments in the building. I am sure that there are better options in Alicante

Big disappointment

Had stayed at lucky apartments before it was great, however when we arrived we were sent to another building ten minutes walk away . We had Paid extra and booked a superior apartment with outside sitting area. So disappointed ! The main sitting room kitchen was dark there was no coffee pods or water this time because of the virus? And the curtains were just linings and barely fitted hence the bedrooms were brightly lit at night by the street lamp right outside the window . We moved rooms at night to the twin room with a street lamp a bit further away . The curtains were again very poor ! There was no outside space again because of the virus ? When I questioned the superior part she said it was because there were two windows in the bedroom !!! A bedroom we couldn’t sleep in too bright . The bed and pillows and sheets were very comfortable although I couldn’t find a blanket. There is plenty of parking round about . Good  city centre location . No safe .

Disappointing

We are deeply dissatisfied with our stay at the Lucky Flats apartments. After an extensive email exchange, the only response we received was: "We are extremely sorry to read all this, but we are unable to refund anything from your reservation." They aren’t apologizing for the inconvenience, but for having to read my complaints? Are you serious?

Now, let me outline my actual complaints. For €1500 per week, my family expected:  
1. Cleanliness  
2. Quiet  
3. A normal outside view from the bedrooms  

What we encountered instead:  
1. Dusty furniture, mold in the bathroom, and hair on the linens  
2. Excessive noise from roadwork  
3. A dismal view from the bedroom windows of a narrow inner alley filled with large dust barrels, just opposite the windows

Looking back, I regret not submitting my complaints in writing sooner. I informed the manager verbally on the first working day (we checked in on Saturday). Here are the excuses provided by Lucky Flats staff in response to my complaints:  
1. They claim the noise from the roadwork is out of their control and that their windows are soundproof (which they clearly are not).  
2. No one else has complained! Does that mean my concerns aren’t valid? Is the message here, "Why are you complaining? Just deal with it"?  
3. Lastly, they suggested that they’re ready to solve problems, including switching apartments if necessary, but in reality, they neither addressed any of the issues nor offered us a different apartment.
I’m honestly exhausted from wasting my time on such substandard service. I would strongly advise against booking with them.

there is an extreme unwillingness to acknowledge any mistakes made by their staff.
