We stayed in Villa Sand, a recently  refurbished villa enjoying fabulous views over Adeje to the coast. 
We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. 
Communication with the team was excellent - they were very responsive, making booking/key collection/customer support etc very easy.  
And the accommodation itself was stunning, really well designed and of a very high standard.  The use of high quality materials and finishes were apparent, as was the tasteful interior design and use of high end furniture.  It really was a pleasure to stay there and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning next time we visit Tenerife.

Stunning accommodation with fabulous views

We stayed in Avitan Black (300 Sqm with a pool) for 1 week. It was one of our best stays in Tenerife.
The villa is spacious and has an impeccable view.
The owners are really friendly and helpful.
We are definitely coming back.

Amazing stay Graphite Villa

We were in Avatan Villa for the second time.  And these villas are amazing!  The windows look just breathtaking.  When traveling to Tenerife we ​​will always stay only in these villas.  The host of the villa is wonderful, friendly, always ready to help!  Everybody who wants a wonderful and memorable holiday - choose avitan villas!

We were 10 days in the Avitan villa black and it was amazing!!! Everything was perfect- the view, the sunset, ... it is in a very quiet area, you can really relax!!! The villa was very clean and it’s a perfect modern style you never find in Tenerife again! 
We enjoyed a lot and Mr Ofer was very helpful and friendly!!!
We can only recommend...and come back soon as possible!

Perfect villa black with a perfect view!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks at the "Olive" villa. It's a 3 story villa with a pool on the ground floor, the kitchen, a bedroom and living room in the middle and 2 additional bedrooms on the top floor. All floors have bathrooms and a sun deck with a table, chairs and sunloungers. The interior is very modern and elegant. The view from all floors over the Costa Adeje is just stunning. The host is very supportive and proactive. I can really recommend the place.

The name says it all - premium luxury

We spent one week in the Villa blue and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa is a very comfortable place for a large family with all facilities. Playa el Duque is 10 min driving and TFS only 25 min. The host, Ofer, also makes your your stay easy and smooth. We will come back.

Great experience

We have just got back from a week at the Avitan Graphite Villa. The pictures really are a true representation of how beautiful the villa truly is. It was immaculate and very luxurious. The service we received from the moment we got there was fantastic. We were recommended the mobile chef, that came and cooked the 6 of us an incredible 3 course meal! We were 6 adults and a new born and it was just perfect! Thank you so much! We look forward to coming back!

Perfect! 

We stayed for 8 nights at Avitan Villas in June. Although we had a few teething problems while we were there, Svetlana was always at the end of the phone and sorted them out immediately. I can’t sing her praises enough as sometimes when you go away, you can never get hold of anyone to help if you have a problem but here is definately not the case. The villa was modern and brand new with extra little touches which made the holiday even better. We hired a car for the duration which was handy to go to the supermarkets but the taxi service is so good in Tenerife that as soon as we called one from the villa, it would be there in about 6 minutes. We would definately recommend the villas and would go back again. The pictures on the website are exactly as the villas look in person, well worth a visit. Thank you Svetlana and Avitan Villas ! 

Luxury Villas

The booking service is outstanding! I had made a serious mistake in connection with paying the reservation amount, but the booking office has been very helpful to me and solved the problem. My phone calls and mails have been answered very kindly and quickly even in the weekend. I really look forward to my stay in Avitan Premium & Luxury Villas.
