I stayed in this hotel over a weekend and found it to be comfortable and clean. It was centrally located on the island, so I felt close enough to major attractions. Note that it is not close to nightlife, if that is the experience you are going for. I had originally planned to rent a car but found that all were booked upon arriving in Jeju - my mistake for relying on a review that rental cars were cheaper to rent at the airport. The front desk staff was so helpful in calling rental car companies and drivers to ensure that I could enjoy my trip. I was beyond impressed with this level of customer service!! As the hotel was clean, the restaurant food was good (perhaps a bit overpriced but all of the food was nicely cooked and staff was helpful), and the amazing service from the front desk, I would highly recommend this hotel!
