I stayed one night and was okay. Room was clean. TV had many channels. Water pressure was good. Bath has no curtain, traditional Korean style. I did not have time to look around inside the hotel. The hotel is close to a metro station and can be walked to the more bustling Centum City area. Excellent valuewise and should be okay for a couple of nights.

Utopia Hotel is located near the Suyeong subway exit no. 5, just around 2-3 minutes walk. It is very close to other bus stations and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

I stayed in a room located on the eighth floor and the view was quite nice, I could see the gwangalli bridge from the room. The room was decent, I got a room for three people with a private washroom. I was a bit surprised when there were no shower curtain at the bathtub. Basic necessities provided instead of toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room is overall quite clean.

Korean buffet breakfast was served and we were able to get good food every morning! Overall, this hotel was pretty nice!

Reasonable price and near to subway

Utopia is not bad while considering the location and price. Its very close to the subway to get on public transportation. I could even see the beautiful view of Gwanari bridge from my 8th floor window. Staffs are very polite. Its farely clean. However at night there is only one staff oing everything. If something goes wrong,  its very hard to find the help. For example, one night water heater was not working and the man was running up and down finding out the problem, leaving none at he reception desk. By the midnight he was able to fix it.
Breakfast is quite simple, toast, rice, cereal, porridge, soup and instant coffee was provided.
