The  location, price and view are all good. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and maintenance is negligible. However, management and staff are friendly and helpful and changed the linen,  replaced the broken toilet seat and mopped the floor at our request.

You get what you pay for!

My room was spacious & welcoming but it needed more cleaning. I could not belive that management is so niglegent about unhygenic rooms, more especially when travelling with children, once cannot take risks with children

My stay was horrifying, the room was note well cleaned, the dishes we extremly dirty. The cleaning ladies needs training

My stay at Sea board hotel was extremely unpleasant. I’ve never been to a hotel so disgusting and unhygienic. There were cockroaches and bedmites, and the bathroom, mattress and kitchen were unbelievably dirty. On the last day, I had to unpack my suitcase to make sure there are no cockroaches in our bag because there were so many cockroaches there. I didn’t eat any food prepared in that kitchen because it was so dirty. Bathing was a nightmare because the bathroom was so filthy and filled with germs and dirt everywhere. The house keeper came on one of the days to remove the linen and I was unbelievably shocked to see the state of the mattress. It also smells very mouldy and damp, from the reception. We had a few ladies come to clean up on one of the days but it made no difference. That place was so disgusting that I couldn’t wait for our stay at that disgusting hotel to end. I will never ever go back there and I do not recommend it to anyone. My mom’s friend killed a few bed mites while she was sitting on her bed. I can not believe that students actually stay in that disgusting place . I took a few pictures In the bathroom while expressing my disgust to friends and family . I currently have a few bites right now, probably from the bed mites. I slept on top of the duvet everyday because I was too disgusted to sleep under the duvet. That place is conditioned for pigs, not human beings.

Sea Board hotel

So far this has been the worst place I went with my family. The place needs agent TLC upgrades and attention to hygiene, you will be disappointed when you see the place online and seeing it in true life its two different things. Our car got broken in to the window was broken it appears that there is not cameras, after that everyone just wanted to leave. The accommodation prise is reasonable like most of the places in that area .Will I make use of them again.NO

Needs TLC

When I booked this hotel, I saw good ratings on both Booking.com and TripAdvisor. The price was very affordable. When I arrived on site, I could not believe what I saw. The hotel is in a crowded space below a big supermarket, the windows looked broken while curtains seemed missing. I got worried about our safety and security and decided to look elsewhere immediately.
