Good, clean hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Had a good stay here, good experience. Value for money and would recommend this hotel. Had a room ground floor so that was good so didnt need to walk up the stairs

Great hotel

My husband and I checked in to the Regal Inn after a very disappointing visit to a  Salt Rock Guest House.  What an awesome treatment we received from the lovely receptionist, even though we were hours earlier for our check in, she assisted us in storing our bags so we could go and enjoy our last day in South Africa.  Breakfast was good, room was very clean, good value for money - thank you again for your lovely hospitality!

Super hospitality by friendly receptionists

Was pleasantly suprised that this facility was as good as the others I had stayed in in the Regal Group. Nice rooms and friendly service, at a very reasonable price. Not on the beach for the Beach Person, but close to all amenities and easy to in and out. Probably need better road directions cos the easiest and maps directed route, has a blocked access. 

Business and Leaisure Trip

Affordable,clean,comfortable and easy access.
Warm welcome after  long journey,assistance with baggage was appreciated.
Duvet can be replaced did not fit in inner and be worn out.
Breakfast available at reasonable price,felt safe.


Enjoyable stay

We stayed before at the Regal inn in Umhlanga, and that was a total disappointment - we checked out within 1 hour!

But this Regal Inn surprised us.  The rooms are quite spacious, offering only the basics but exactly what you need.  Everything feels clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and welcoming.  The Shower is a bit small, but each to their own.  
They are in the perfect location, ideal for restaurants and shopping!

We will definitely book in there again - and their rates are extremely reasonable. (we paid just over R800 for one night for two people in mid December!)

Impressed

Stopped in for a night to visit friends, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable.
Good place for a short stay. Nice and close to the Lifestyle Centre which helps if you want to eat out.
No issues to report. 

Cheap and adequate 

Was billed but didn't check in.

Dont think I would recommend to anyone. Front desk was rude unfriendly, TV selection was not as promised, no internet as I needed to work, did see the network but nobody offered any assistance.

Lekker slaap arrange the booking and we had problems with them.  The receiptionest helped professionally and exeptable with dignity.   Well done for that.  The rooms is a bit small.   The location is near the highway, which is great. 

Holiday

I've have visited this hotel 3 times now and every time was a good experience. Rooms are spacious and clean.  Good value for money, never disappointing and the staff are always friendly. However, there is no lift, which means you have to walk up the stairs and only basics are given.

Good day, 

I found the room extremely small and the view was of the back of a parking lot of a factory. It was not scenic and quite deary. With regards to the room itself, the bed sheet did not fit the bed and kept coming off which I found extremely annoying and uncomfortable. For the three day stay, the same bed sheet was used which meant that the bedding was not changed. Upon request, there was no ice dispenser nor any tissues in the room. I also found that one movie channel was unacceptable.  Basic necessities were only provided such as two towels and one soap only. I did not find that the room was value for money. 

I did not enjoy the stay.
