Price for hotel is very friendly.
Wi-Fi quality perfect, rooms clean. This hotel is not for people, who looks for high level service. Staff is really friendly. Will come back to this hotel because of good place, good place and friendly staff.

Pretty good hotel

The staff were lovely, the food very cheap but in 2013 you do not expect to find the only form of bed in your room to be 2 click clack sofa beds side by side.  After a dreadful night, I complained and was assured that all the rooms had the same and as I was not prepared to sleep on what may as well have been the floor, I checked out and went elsewhere.  Unfortunately I had booked 4 nights and paid up front - despite my complaint no refund of any amount was forthcoming.  120€ down the drain so be warned.  The rest of the room was 50s and not in a good way, the shower was very poor so nothing to recommend this place at all.

Dreadful, not to be recommeded

I wanted to show my firen from UK around Orava..wanted to show him the best..so I relied on the history of this place..This Hote is there ages ..so I asumed they know how to please customers..So I booked the apartment for 40,- € and Breakfast not included..Reception area is very welcoming..alltough at that night in March ..Robert was the only customer. Bar was also snug and the lady working there at that night very friendly and helpful. The room was a Shock! You would expect that an Apartment would be the best a Hotel can offer..It just was'nt. The old matrasses..Tv not working a the shower..kept the hot water for 2 min..We complaint and said that 40 € is just too much for simple turist accomodation..The Owner or the man who run that place didnt want to speak about any discount..Robert had a terrible experience..I moved him to the new Pension {B&B} in Tvrdosin for just 25 € with everything in the right order.
