I had to stay at this hotel quite many times as it's located near the office. 
Rooms are usually dirty, blankets are dirty (I had to request to change it in front of my eyes, as after they said they changed it, I could find hair)

Breakfast is ok, but repeating everyday.
Staff is ok but you need to be persistent on some things to be done.

I see they are renovating the rooms, hopefully they improve the management as well.

Bad value for its money

This is the terribale hotel i have ever been in my life. The rooms are soooo dirty. The shower was broken the carpet is full of dust. Weekends there is no one there to answer your questions. The place of the hotel is awful. There is nothink around it you can even walk to a restaurant.

Don't go

I stayed in this hotel before ,, and I am back again .. the brekfast buffet is good ..better than before .. Staff very helpfull .. the GYM is good .. I will be back again

there is a lot of malls around the hotel

Hotel is good, better than much of the nearby hotels & under 500 SAR.
Rooms dont look too aged, which is the case with most of nearby hotels
Stayed for one night & liked it.
Didnt try dinner but breakfast was good.

Good hotel

Staff is friendly, although not very skilled (e.g. in using the POS device – not everyone can make it accept the card), and language can be a barrier, especially with lower-ranked staff, which are expatriates from who-knows-where. They accept most credit cards, and have limousine service that can be put on the room. The air-conditioning, is powerfull, and if you get a remote control that has batteries, you can play with its rich features. Good thing is that breakfast can be ordered in the room, for those who do not fast (although the absence of the table and chair require you to be innovative and make use of the nightstands).

Funny thing is you get room 406 and proceed to the elevator which only drives to the 3rd floor. You take the stairs for the 4th, only to realize there ara no room on that floor... the room was in another buliding, and it wasn't the 4th floor at all. 

My room was not prepared for guests - it was stuffy and hot, the air-condition remote controller batteries were empty, room had no chairs, no table, not even the folding table for suitcase, in the closet there was only one (!) hanger, and the room was dusty. However, that was nothing compared to the bathroom which had a small window ajar (and no air-conditioning), through which daily supply of sand came in, so I could make castles in the sand under the shower. I have requested from the receptionist to get batteries and hangers, but despite the acknowledgements, nothing came. Next morning I have put this all in written, including the request for cleaning and in the afternoon all but the batteries was done. For the batteries I had to go to reception myself. Regarding cleaning, the quality standard varies, maybe depending on the actual person doing the job. Sometimes the trash cans were not emptied, sometimes fresh towels were missing, only to appear the next day... 

The minibar was empty, making me wonder why it was at all there, just additionally warming the room.
