The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One person who stood out during our stay in Medina was the room attendant, Sir Hera. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. As a big family, it’s rare to find a hotel that welcomes us so warmly. After having horrible experiences with other hotels in the past, this one was a refreshing change. You can book this place with your eyes closed!
