Ok for a low budget during peak season, but not Ibis standard. Was not recognized as an Accor Member. Rooms are just basi, the site sofa needs cleaning, stained. Water pressure extremely low. Bus works as per tge schedule, although not very convenient duri g Ramadhan but was ok and on time, just 5mins to the Al Gjazaa but station and ~ 10mins walk to Haram prayer area, although if you need to access the clock tower area for restaurants, you will need to walk more.

Ok for low budget Makkah stay

Hi, I'm Zohra, I'm from Morocco but I live in Italy. I stayed in this hotel in February 2024, I had a great time, correct, clean and excellent service. I especially want to compliment three employees: Shroog, Nawaf and Fehaid. They are truly exquisite and honest people who deserve all the compliments. I absolutely recommend this place.

A fantastic experience

I traveled from London,I recently stayed at Hotel Ibis Styles Makkah and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by the Front House Officer Miss Amal, Mr Nawaf. Their customer service was exceptional, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor throughout my stay.
The Front House Officer demonstrated excellent communication skills, addressing my inquiries promptly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they took the time to ensure I had all the necessary information about the hotel's services and facilities.
I appreciated their extensive knowledge of the local area, providing helpful recommendations for dining and transportation. When I encountered a minor issue during my stay, the Front House Officer handled it with professionalism and resolved it promptly, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills.
Moreover, their appearance and overall professionalism added to the positive experience. I left the hotel feeling satisfied and well taken care of, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service provided by the Front House Officer. I would highly recommend Hotel Ibis Styles Makkah based on this positive interaction.

Excellent Service from AMAL AND NAWAF

I booked this hotel as a part of my Umrah. the stay was very comfortable. I must call out two exceptional staff Ms. Nada and Mr. Nawaf. they both are the great example of going above the normal to create a great experience for customer.
I was offered early check-in (rooms were available and they did not hesitate to provide me earlier than the check-in time on their own) Thank you Ms. Nada for your empathy. Creating a great experience is also about letting your customer know what would help them without they having to ask, thank you Mr. Nawaf for guiding me on your own how i could manage my visits to Haram and utilise the bus timing to my advantage. Overall a great experience and mostly because of these two staff. 

Great Experience

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Hotel in Makkah for 2 days with my family during our Umrah trip. It's a nice hotel overall, but there were some minor issues with the bathroom that need fixing. Despite that, we had a good experience during our stay.

Good Hotel !!

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. 

Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay.

Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc.

Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped!

Great location and experience 

That’s my first time in Saudia Arabia I am very happy and exited to perform Umrah being a part of Accor I decided to stay in the IBIS where I meet the wonderful person Mr. Yasir Al zahrani who assist me for the check in and as a gesture give me upgrade to the very amazing room also don’t forget to mention the beautiful lady that assist me for the check out(sorry did not get the name) everyone is very kind and welcoming !!

Stayed here for our Umra duration.  Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Decent pricing and affordable. The management are absolutely brilliant and top notch, very welcoming, treat you like family and extremely committed in providing you great service. Had a slight issue with one of the housekeeper but management dealt with it very efficiently and effectively.  Great shuttle service to and from Haraam with friendly staff, most definitely safe if your coming back late evening. Would most definitely recommend the hotel unreservedly.

Very good hotel for styaing. Provides shuttle service. Location is bit far from haram but taxi is easily available. Room service is very good and staffs are very well mannered. Comfortable stay and rent is also within budget
