The staff was very nice and helpful with me, they help me with my laundry, giving me some tips for the transsiberian route I had to start. Moreover, they are English speakers so it's very helpful in a country that not many people speak. The hotel was also incredibly clean with lots of common spaces like a kitchen, a little gym, a restaurant to have breakfast, etc. 10/10 my staying here!
