Pontik Guest House

It's a great place for a summer vacation! We had to stay one night, because we booked another hotel in advance. Next year we'll come to this very guest house for a vacation! I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at home, the green yard, the summer kitchen!

Everyone liked: friendly hosts, ready to help and answer any questions; the location was super - on high ground, which excludes the possibility of flooding during heavy rains, a beautiful view of the sea, shops and budget restaurants, where you can eat tasty and cheap, the bus stop that will take you to the train station and Anapa. The guest house is very cozy, everywhere freshly renovated, a good common kitchen, a well-thought-out terrain. There

We often ride on the coast on weekends and see many guest houses of different price categories, when we arrived at the place were pleasantly surprised, all as neat and clear as possible! We lived in a room on the second floor with sea view, a very clean bathroom, including a glass shower, countdown! Thank you for the rest, now we will know where to go if we are in Vityazevo👍🏻

The area is quiet, in the shade of the trees, around the shops, cafes and dining rooms, stayed for 1 night, 2 adults with a child.

The room is tired and smells like moisture, the air conditioning is very old, there's no disposable gel and shampoo, it'll be good for your money.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the sea, there is a dining room nearby, very nice pancake👍🏻. New underwear, very nice for the body, just a fairy tale, cleanliness and beauty in the room and in the yard. Respect to the owners, we felt at home, at the meeting even offered to choose the floor where we would like to stay overnight.

I really liked the summer terrace, it's so quiet and cozy, the birds sing, very beautifully decorated with shells.

Very close to the sea is the house, next to the dining room, tasty shashlik, everything you need is nearby!.. A huge bed, beautiful view of the sea, a nice shower, toilet, mini wardrobe, journal table, beautiful lamps, warm blankets, split system!.. It was clean everywhere, under the bed, the windows clean, all the mirrors, cleaning lady clever.. Natalia the hostess met, everything showed, very cool!

We lived in a room with a beautiful view of the sea, everything was very nice, everything new and modern, since we stayed in the spring, not all cafes work yet, we had the opportunity to cook in the kitchen ourselves, the host boys told us where to go, where to go, very responsive and nice people, we will definitely come again!

The guest house is located at the entrance to the villa on a quiet street, next to stops on both sides, cafes, shops, markets-all there is.
