Misleading Booking Information:The claim that the GYM/Sauna/Pool were included in the price turned out to be deceptive, as an additional 1000 Rubles were required per entry. 2. **Apartment Complex Atmosphere:** Instead of a cozy hotel, the place felt more like a massive apartment complex, impacting the overall experience. 3. **Long Waits for the Elevator:** The constant queue at the elevator was frustrating and diminished the comfort of the stay. 4. **Lack of Communication during Power Outage:** While power outages can happen, the absence of an apology and communication from the hotel was disappointing. 5. **Limited Quality Restaurants Nearby:** The hotel's surroundings lacked high-quality restaurants, affecting the overall culinary experience. 6. **Inconvenient Taxi Pickup:** Blocking the taxi pickup lane caused inconvenience, as one had to walk through snowy terrain to the main street every time a taxi was ordered. In conclusion, the hotel is okay, but it doesn't live up to the expectations set by the pictures. There are definitely better options in St. Petersburg

    If you call for room service they will come the next day , or probably won’t even care about your call , 😂😂 ! I was stupid enough to believe they will come to take my laundry 🧺 until I had no dresses to wear ,, you need to walk to the reception even if you need water bottle ! It’s not worth for the money !! And also it’s a little far away from city center ,
