The apartments offer 24-hour check-in, keyless entry. There is also air conditioning and ventilation, oak flooring, natural materials used in decoration, high-speed wi-fi, satellite TV, blackout curtains, underfloor heating, rain shower, adjustable lighting and various lighting options. Guests can use streaming services.

Guests have a fully equipped kitchen: dishes, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, induction cooker, toaster, egg cooker, stationary filter for drinking water, refrigerator. Dry breakfast: cereals, muesli, lactose-free milk, toast with butter, cheese, jam, tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar - always available.
