Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For an additional fee, guests can be provided with: a baby cot, a high chair, a parking space, early check-in and late check-out.

The deposit for the safety of property is paid by card after check-in and is returned back on the day of check-out after cleaning. The deposit is returned to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
