Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Some rooms of the Standard Double Room with City View category do not have windows.
Check-in is contactless and 24 hours a day; there is no reception desk. To confirm the reservation and receive instructions, the guest must contact the administrator at the contact number from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM no later than 24 hours in advance. Almost always there was no one to contact
Can't use the washing machine without the administrator and she appears very rarely
There's not atleast a tap or sink in dining area so happened to go to the bathroom even for wash hands
