On the territory of the eco-park there are A-Frame houses, a 2-story cottage with a private bathhouse and a swimming pool, and apartments with full kitchens.

Inside, all accommodation facilities are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: all rooms have bed linen, towel sets, hotel cosmetics, disposable slippers, and a tea set.

Also in the park there are: a cafe with dishes of Russian and Caucasian cuisine, open from May to October, 3 individual bath complexes for guests, a picnic area, a beach with 2 outdoor pools, equipped with sun loungers, a changing room, a summer shower, open from June to September , children's playground with soft surface, swings and slide.
