A contract is concluded with each guest and a verification procedure is carried out. Guests will need a passport and WhatsApp.

The guests' data is not transferred anywhere. For peace of mind, guests can put a large label on the photo "for reservations only" or "not for credit transactions."

After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the rules of the faility and the safety of property, the deposit will be fully refunded to the card within a day after departure.
It is prohibited in the apartment:
smoking of any form of smoking products, liquids, etc.;
holding noisy parties.
Violation of these conditions will result in early eviction with the retention of the deposit in full. |
