What was bad
No hot water in cold climate. reception lady fool us telling there is hot water. when asked to repair the heater, she tells to use another room for bathing. they have installed cheapest heater which does not work.
Housekeeping is done once in 3 days, after request.
Receptionist understands only russsian.
Couriers for food orders always have difficultly in locating the hotel, as there is another building adja
