The concierge department are very very helpful and friendly specially a guy named ( oleg) he booked for us activities and restaurant and lots of useful information, the other staff also friendly and welcoming, very good location close to everything , the rooms are wide even if it was the smallest one

There is no AC in some seasons, the toilet and room furniture are old but yet clean

What was good
The location- room style and the breakfast area looking offer the red square. The money exchange office In the hotel.
What was bad
Value of the breakfast and the unchanged breakfast buffet. concierge service was not much helpful and recommend things don’t fit or as requested by us ( guests) he was late not always on the desk sometimes he was late to come based on the time of starting the day. Didn’t like to deal with him again . The washroom roof was leaking

I booked one night, and it was the worst experience. I won’t be returning to this hotel, as it doesn’t deserve five stars. The reception service was terrible; no one assisted us with our luggage, and after waiting nearly an hour to check in, I was informed that the room wasn’t ready. The furniture in the room was old and in poor condition.
