There was no lift , we used steps, it was inconvenient for us cause we had luggage

1. The apartments are within 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station
2. Mattress and pillows are soft enough
3. Almost every little detail is taken into consideration: there's washing machine, iron, some kitchen-ware, etc etc
4. It's not cold in the apartment in the winter, but it gets stuffy from time to time
What was bad
1. Zero sound isolation: you can hear people talking, laughing, playing music, flushing the toilet.

Очень жаль , что ваше пребывание было омрачено какими то моментами!
И очень неожиданно было все это прочитать уже после вашего отъезда.
Ведь во время проживания наш менеджер был с вами на связи и ни одного замечания или пожелания с вашей стороны не прозвучало. Наоборот вы писали что в полном восторге!
Наши квартира небольшая, теплая, уютная, максимально наполненная всем необходимым. В обычном доме с соседями. Слышимость такая как и во всех наших домах и в отелях в том числе.
Это не частный дом, и люди живут своей обычной жизнью.
Для каждого гостя у нас предусмотрен комплект полотенец, зубной набор, тапочки. И конечно постельное белье! Поэтому не совсем понятен ваш комментарий про отсутствие всего этого.
Лифта в доме нет, но он и не был заявлен. В нашем объявлении про это написано.
При проживании в квартире нет автоматической регистрации как в отеле, об этом тоже заявлено на площадке бронирования.
