Description of the hotel
Location
Polyana Hotel is located in the village of Divnomorskoye, within walking distance of the central beach. The park hotel is located in a forest area on the banks of the Mezyb River, but at the same time directly within the village of Divnomorskoye.
At the hotel
There are two heated swimming pools on the hotel grounds: one outdoor seasonal 16x8 m, the other 12x4 m with a children's area, which is completely glazed and open all year round.
In the outdoor pool area there is a cafe-bar, open all year round. Guests can enjoy a menu based on reviews and preferences of guests. All dishes are prepared upon order. The hotel also has its own pizza and roll production from chefs. These dishes can be delivered directly to guests room.
In addition, there is a shared summer kitchen equipped with everything guests need (dishes, refrigerators, etc.), where everyone can cook their own food.
There are 3 wells with natural water on the territory, an uninterrupted supply of drinking water is available in the open access. There is also an electric generator, providing an uninterrupted supply of electricity.
The price of accommodation includes: access to the pools, barbecue areas in the form of, parking. In the summer season, animation and entertainment events are held free of charge, including tennis and mini-football tournaments on the sports ground, as well as archery or rifle shooting in the shooting range.
As additional services, it is possible to steam in a Russian bath, play billiards, table or tennis, air hockey, arrange a game battle.

For accommodation, there are 4-, 6-bed cottages, as well as rooms of various categories (standard, comfort, suite, apartment, villa). Each cottage has its own area with a barbecue and a mini-terrace. Each room is equipped with modern furniture, dishes, microwave, split system, satellite TV, bathroom with shower.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. It is required to make an advance payment of 30% in a period of up to three days. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the prepayment will be refunded minus the cost of the daily stay, otherwise, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Guests will be charged a resort fee of RUB 30.00 per night per adult if guests are from another region.

Respect the right of others to rest, do not insult the Hotel staff with actions and words.
—In the event of a gross violation of public safety and public order rules, public morality, or fire safety rules on the part of a guest or a hotel visitor, the Hotel has the right to terminate the service agreement immediately, followed by eviction without compensation. |
