Cottage features

Guests are provided with two objects: a detached Holiday home and a townhouse consisting of two completely independent apartments with their own separate recreation area, entrance to the house and all internal rooms. The apartments differ in a number of features and are called Romantic and Family.

The Romantic cottage includes a living room with a kitchen area and a wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom also has an armchair-bed for an additional guest. On the second floor there is an additional toilet with a sink and a mirror. A sauna is heated from a wood-burning fireplace, which guests can use without restrictions.

The Family cottage has an electric sauna, and two bedrooms are provided on the second floor. The other zones have a similar layout as in the Romantic Cottage. In the recreation areas in the courtyard, autonomous and separated by a fence, each cottage has a covered gazebo with a table, as well as a barbecue complex with a roof. There is also a children's sports complex in the "Family" recreation area. There is a shared closed parking on the territory of the cottages.

Room description

Each apartment has an equipped kitchen in the living rooms with an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee maker, as well as dishes for cooking and eating. There are TVs with cable TV in the living rooms, and free Wi–Fi is available on site.
