The girls from the reception were very nice. The bathroom was very small and a bit dirty, also the walls of the room are a bit dirty. The hot water was ok, but in the last day we noticed a weird smell coming from the shower. Also in the room was a weird smell.
But i think it is ok for the price and in comparasion with other places in Roman.

It can be better

We had some business to do in Roman and the other  2 affordable hotels were fully booked so we ended up at Zara.Warm ( outside the weather was below zero) cosy room, clean , plenty of towels, quiet hotel.Cheeper than the other hotels in town, definetelly a place to stay if passing by Roman.

Nothing to complain about, clean , warm cheap rooms in down town.

This hotel is, and I'm not exaggerating, THE WORST hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't even give it a one star, just terrible. You barely can fit in the shower, there's no hot water in the showers, the rooms are old, smelly and very dark and creepy, the staff is unfriendly and can't help you with anything. I don't care if the price per. night is low. I would NEVER stay there again. 
P.S. the rooms are not as they show in the brochures and pictures...

Very bad experience while I stayed at this hotel 

- there was no hot water 
- a weird smell in room that kept us from sleeping 
- a very small window for the room 
- due to small room we couldn't get fresh air in the room 

Definitely not a place I would visit again 

Bad experience 

It is named hotel, but it's actually a house with small rooms; very dark, with only one 50 cm window in the ceilling. It has very tiny uncomfortable bathrooms, with a 35-40 cm sink and a mirror positioned at the hight of my neck (I'm 160 cm tall). I could see myself in the mirror from my neck downwards and it was difficult for me to do my make up. It was't disinfected at all, as there was dark hair everywhere.  
Towels are really old and too much used as it shows they have unpicked margins and have a greyish colour instead of white.
For -7 °C winter night,  there was no heat and NO WATER AT ALL, not even for the toillet!! I did not ask if it only happed that time.
It has no toillet for the customers (only in the rooms). 
It has no restaurant, either, because it has no kitchen and not even a bar. It only has a larger room, where customers may serve the breakfast ordered by a catering company.
The two wireless channels are non functional.
I asked to see 5 rooms before I could to choose one and I chose the largest of them.
