- The pillows are terrible, very uncomfortable and you cannot rest because of them.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the room was clean. Otherwise, everything was wrong. First, I was met by an exceptionally rude receptionist, who behaved as if I was a beggar. Then, there was no warm water until the next day in the morning. The air conditioning was not working, the coffee maker was not functional, and I was about to miss the 6:00 AM shuttle to the airport because the receptionist told me to be there at 5:55 and the shuttle left at 5:50. I was lucky that I came down a little earlier and I barely made it to the shuttle. The room was noisy from the airplanes landing about every 20 minutes, just out of my window.

Receptionist was rude, no warm water, coffee machine broken, shuttle left early.

I had an early flight  so I preferred being close. came late in the evening and just needed a few hours of sleep before my flight.
Prons: very good/cheap price
              free shuttle to the airport 24/7
              free coffee machine at the entrance
             very decent room: single bed and not a big room but clean
Cons: not really.....

Normally a maximum 2-star hotel / parking lot, mediocre conditions in terms of price / services. The heating in the rooms could not be turned off and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

However, it received one star because of an employee who started to get hysterical like a savage because I had written the wrong email adress. Although the situation had been clarified  by an employee 3 days before and on the spot by the man at the reception with calmness and professionalism, the frustrated driver continued to comment despite the insistence of his colleagues to calm down.

Weak, pathetic and embarrassing. I recommend the Bucharest zoo if you want to see wild animals, it's much nicer and cheaper.

To be avoided !!!

Misleading and careless, especially if you need an airport transfer (normally included) or anything else requiring reliability. 
Cheaper than other hotels around (see Rin, Ibis, etc) - difference may be 50% less - but you get what you pay for.

Avoid

Stayed there as we had very early morning flight. It’s very good for a three-star hotel, clean and comfortable. Only downside is the constant noise of people coming in and going out as the place also offers long stay parking. 
We were a bit disappointed by the service in the restaurant - the food was nice and tasty, but when we asked for a bottle of wine, we were told they don’t have any. And a moment later, they brought two bottles - red and white, to the neighbouring table, to customers speaking Romanian.

Good place to stay near the airport

We were "welcomed" by two cold, rude and bored gentlemen.  The room was on the 3rd floor with no lift, I had a mountain of luggages to bring up the stairs. Towels were definitely not clean and had traces of dirt on them, couldn't use them. There was also a rusty nail sticking out from underneath the shower which you could easily injure yourself in. 

The worse part was the noise and the atmosphere during the night. Me and my partner could hear every noise in the building, from steps, voices, coughing,  laughing,  doors closing and opening. This was the entire night. 

For the price of 44£ you could easily find something a LOT better. I cant believe they have the nerve to charge this much for offering so little.

Avoid this place! Not worth the money!

The hotel is clean, nice staff is polite but due to is purpose (to be used as a stop between departure) it is noisy. I’we arrived at 9pm and I did nod had hot water to take a shoer even if I left the watter to flow for a longer period. In the morning the water was warm close to cold and I was Unable to take a shower.

Clean hotel - ok for the price

Have booked a single day stay. Flying in to OTP and then flying out again the next day, and in between dealing with paperwork at offices in the Baneasa area. For this, the hotel was perfect. It provided shuttle from and to the airport and also helped with booking a taxi for the local travel. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was small, but it was sufficient for what we needed. Although on the ground floor, it was quiet. It was clean.

The only minor pet peeve is that, before our stay,  we kept getting messages from the hotel asking to reconfirm or to indicate the arrival time. That was appreciated the first time, but not the second or third after we had communicated this.

Does its job

A basic but clean airport hotel. Arrived late but it was very noisy with people just outside waiting for pick ups and drop offs. Bed was ok, no duvet so a little cold and had hot clean showers. Breakfast was extra but a basic continental which did the job. It was a low price and had a free transfer to and from the airport which was great. No lift and was upstairs with a young child and bags with no help which was tricky. But ok for a quick rest and recharge before our onward flight.
