we arrived at 1 pm and the owner received us very warmly, he helped us with the luggage and showed us what we could do in the area. The roads are very good now, they finished them and now everything is in place. The rooms were very clean and everything was new. I will come in the summer with my family because we had a very good time there.

Very pleasant surprise!

The vila is big and new with around 10 rooms. There is a very well equiped kitchen, a large dinning room and a terrasse to eat outside. Our room was good, but not excellent because the mini fridge made too much noise, the bed was lumpy and shower would not drain the water fast enough. Otherwise the room was big and clean and it had a king size bed. 
The accomodation is in Mamaia NORTH, which is about 10-12 minutes from the actual Mamaia. The whole area of Mamaia North is under constraction that means: no street lights, street in front of the vila unpaved (only the sidewalk is paved) and it turns into a lake when it rains, a lot of empty lots, no supermarkets or decent restaurants close by. 
When the whole area will be finished Mamaia North will be beautiful, but right now (summer 2016) it is still a work in progress
The vila is walking distance from the beach, around 3minutes which is good. 
I would recommend this vila for families who want to cook their own food and don't mind using the cars to get to restaurants/bars/activities

Good accomodation but in a constraction area

Slender , location relatively ok , but the roads are not finished yet . In still working area .
Although I asked for a " room de luxe " room TV was located over 2 m from the floor , above the window , and the bed ( having a diagonal 80 cm ) . Downstairs there is a kitchen, easily penetrates cam voices of those who were there ( we stayed on the top floor ) .
Damaged door not closed state than the key on the floor tiles and no carpet only .
Sun curtains torn , broken chair .
In any case , not 4-star de luxe !
