This was our third visit here - and unfortunately will probably be our last. The pool is still very good with good service. The hotel doesn't seem to provide any level of service for its guests. Our first night we reported an air conditioning unit in our room that was not effective resulting in a very poor nights sleep. Reported at 8pm - reception apologised and said maintenance would look at it the next day - absolutely nothing. Avoid room 301!  In fact the room was not even cleaned or looked at.  There was an event our first night so the restaurant was closed but we could eat by the pool - all OK. Our second night we went down to the restaurant around 7pm - nothing. Eventually found someone to come to reception - restaurant is closed - why didn’t you inform us - just a shrug. Even had to call a taxi ourselves.

We used to give this hotel high ratings for customer service - unfortunately not any more.

Nice pool, shame about the hotel

The Garden Club is a modern beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and great food.  The hotel has a vast and varied menu including salads, steaks, pastas, pizzas and even American style chicken wings which were fabulous.  The breakfast spread included breads, vegetables, several varieties of egg, yogurts, cereals, and meats.  The coffee machine served a variety of hot drinks and only took a little assistance to operate properly!  On-site parking was free and spacious as well.  We really enjoyed our one night in the hotel and highly recommend the hotel for your stay in beautiful Brasov.

Wonderful!

We were here visiting the pool and the restaurant. We were not staying at the hotel just wanted to have a relaxing day at the pool. What can I say...the pool is clean and the sunbeds are organised really nice around the garden. A lot of green so it's a nice atmosfere. The pool is really small and the water was too cold(probably naturaly heated by sun but that's it). Lunch was TERRIBLE. Don't eat there. Prices really expensive and really low quality. Service was worst. I had to chase the waiter to bring me salt, pepper and napkins. Also everything was dirty in the restaurant including our plates. Don't go there.

I do not recomand. Not the best place

Location 4 km from the center easily.
The outside space is beautifully landscaped.
The receptionist did not know her head, neither as kindness nor intelligence.
The rooms are ok, large, stylish and equipped.
Breakfast poorly weak without diversification and repetitive.

Can be even better...

The room and bathroom are large and clean. Had an extra bed which was very comfy. Large TV. Great garden with a family of cats, wery well taken care of, and really really friendly. The building is in the back of the garden so we didn't get disturbed by the cars passing by. A great stay for a familly of three that loves cats !

Nice stay near Paradisul Acvatic and Coresi Mall

I came to my best friends wedding.
I reserved a couple room with matrimonal bed though I came alone.

got there - asked for the room - the receptionist said i can have a double room with 2 beds. i told her i wanted a matrimonial room.
she said if you want to take it ok if not, not.
because of that i refused the room.

went on the terrace asked for a cold water, ice, lemon and a decaf expresso.

she came with a bottle of water  and left - 
i asked for a glass for the water again , ice, lemon and decaf expresso - 

came back after 15 minutes - and said there is no ice or lemon
after another 10 minutes i received the expresso.

(i was the Best Man and was there earlier before anybody so there should not have been so hard to serve me)

the wedding starts

i received  no starters

i go out and return - a peach was on my plate and a dirty grape.
asked for the waiter to remove that from my seat - and asked him what's this.
condescending he said a peach - and told him i did not order that and handed him the plate to remove it.
he didn't want.
another waiter came along and said - wht does he wants (regarding to me)

i bursted and went out.
announced the groom i will leave the wedding.
very bad service

still gave him an anvelope with the wedding present money.

overall the worst service ever and the most expensive coffee and water in my life.

if you have quality standards - avoid the place!
if you're happy with very very bad  service then go there

**** the expresso was not decaf..... I felt it when tasted and didn't even touched it afterwards.

worst service in my life!

it's a terrible place. the hotel is far from the center between DIY stores. has three floors and there is no elevator. the family rooms are on the third floor. without a balcony. I do not agree with the address from the website and navigation does not make sense to you around the city. I came with my family on Friday and on Saturday there was a very big party there. no one notified me early. service unpleasant, impolite. I do not recommen. Very not.
