You can confidently spend a quiet vacation, without the sound of music, annoyance from other guests, and we are impressed by the quiet of the night we have. The cleanliness is from the entrance of grade 10 with greeting cards, in the same rooms. Impeccable title, white towels, single-use slippers, very large balcony, you can dine there. They have in the client's disposal the possibility to sunbathe behind the yard where the grass is cut, everything is perfect to play with I spent a dream vacation, I will return with confidence next year.

I spent here a great holiday with my family. The services were very OK, the hosts were very nice and careful about our needs. The view is great and the location is quiet, few km away to Bran castle.
We will return here with great pleasure :)

Second time here, the perfect destination for recharging your batteries great hosts, very quiet, clean rooms, perfect for relaxation. Beautiful view of Bran region and a friendly Bern Shepard dog named Mara :). 

If you are looking for a place to heart the quiet of the nature, here is it! The owner of the pension will spoil you with various traditional food at breakfast. And the spectaculous view to the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Mountains will make you stay more than you expected. We loved it!

The room was clean, there are only non-smoking rooms, with a decent bed and a big terrace. The bathroom - clean, modern and functional. The breakfast - extra charge (20 Lei) was quite rich, with local products (cheese, butter, home-made marmalade, fresh eggs). And the owner: very friendly. They also have a couple of bernese mountain dogs - very friendly and playfull.

I visited Bran this week and I spent 4 nights at Marmot Residence. The host was great with us. The establishment is located at 15 mins walking from Dracula Castle in a nice area with landscape of Bucegi Mountains.

We spent one night in a short weekend. Everything was just right!

We visited Bran in December 2019, between Christmas and New Year and we took Marmot Residence because everything else was fully booked. We where 7 adults and 3 children. From the beginning we noticed that the rooms where quite cold and and heating system was limited by the hosts. In the morning, they received us for breakfast in a huge room completely cold without any heating at all. Same in the second morning. The hosts, a lady and a gentleman, are completely outdated to any hotel services or guest customs. In the first evening we have been asking them to give us access to the main room in the lobby (the breakfast room) in order to meet with the group and chat. The host lady at the reception said that it is impossible as she was not informed previously, although we bought the place as a group and, on their website was nothing like they must be informed regarding this aspect in advance. In the second evening, she  granted us acmes to the room but without any heating. Maybe they are better in the summer but this visit was horrible. The lady ruined our vacation and was doing it on purpose. The place is clean and it has a big parking place. Overall, a disaster in terms of hosting and services (they do not offer food, they do not have restaurant and food is not aloud in the premises) very weird hosts and bad ambience.
