What was good

In my mind, the hotel is ideally situated. The airport is about a 15 minute ride. The beach is across the street. If you’re in a pinch for food or stocking up on essentials left behind, Burger King is next door, several local eateries are located within blocks, Walgreens is within 3 blocks, and there are additional chain eateries within 6 blocks - another Burger King (older version), Subway, Coldstone Creamery or Ben & Jerry's. Most importantly, the culture is an Uber ride away. Old San Juan is a 15-20 minute ride. Bayamon is about the same.

What was bad

The washers and dryers require coins. I had to get change from the valet cashier. It would be nice if they invest in either a change machine or card-operated washers and dryers. Additionally, the laundry detergent is kept at the front desk. Plan accordingly, so you don't have to make multiple trips to your room. NOTE: There was an odor in the laundry area, which is shared with the fitness room. It smelled like sewer and mold during the summer of 2022.
