I booked this weekend for a spontaneous weekend with my boyfriend.  It was one of the few pet friendly places with available rooms.  (Ustka was really booked).  It was easy to reserve a parking spot in their lot.  The staff was friendly from the moment, we arrived.  When we pulled into the parking lot, a gentleman walked out to greet us and guided us to the main building for check in.  He even gave my dog a treat and kept him occupied as I checked in, which was very helpful as my dog had pent up energy from the long car ride. We stayed in one of the other buildings (not main). The room was clean and cozy.  I The wifi was pretty spotty, but that was fine with me.  Breakfast was different than what I'm used to, but very tasty with a lot of variation (there's something for everyone).  The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.  We didn't need to drive anywhere while there.  Even though it was summer and we were near a beach, we decided to ditch the massive crowds and swim at the hotel instead.  The pool was nice.  The jacuzzi was alright.  The sauna was wonderful.  I spent a couple of hours going between the pool and the sauna.  If I returned to Ustka, I would definitely book a room here again.

Wonderful weekend at a pet friendly hotel

Nice place , very close to the best seaside place in Ustka.
Very nice place and location but anyway I think they charge too much. 
The be honest, Comparing with plenty of locations we visit annually, this is at least 25% overpriced.
Nice people (except one tall blond lady with short hair...)
Mostly facilities and older couples from Poland and Germany.
Reasonable breakfast but very poor internet connection 

Had relaxing week there 

Location not bad as almost sticking to harbour and very close to beach and main street. Quality of rooms also acceptable and rather clean. But far too expensive for this certain class and standards. And what is completely not acceptable - they refused to offer even single plate of simple stuff to eat and coffee for breakfast to non Polish speaking customer from USA who was late by 5 minutes. Especially considering that it was Robert Plant concert previous night and many customers coming back very late night.

Disappointment and complete lack of personel competence

This guesthouse is only few meters away from the city's promenade. Great location, very close absolutely to every point of Ustka. Even though is so centrally located there was no problem with noise whatsoever. House is providing parking slot at extra cost of 10PLN(2GBP=2.50Euro) and b-fast buffet at the extra cost of 25PLN=5GBP=6.20Euro. B-fast itself really good with a variety of local specialities such as pork lard, several types of fish, mainly herrings and polish cold cuts,meats and cheese plus eggs, sausages, bloody sausage and more. I need to say that weekends b-fast buffet is much bigger with much bigger selection of dishes than buffet served in the middle of the week which might not be fair for those who do not stay in the guesthouse over the weekend. Service however is very nice, prompt and efficient. 
At the reception service was equally pleasant, quick and very helpful. Wi-Fi is included in the room rate,no problem with connectivity. The only downside we experienced in our room was coffin size beds, really small.
