This small hotel was excellent in the heart of a beautiful square,our room overlooked the castle and the square so was in easy reach of all Amenities. Special mention to the 2 Barbara’s on reception, both were brilliant and anything we asked for was no trouble at all . Great hotel and lovely place to stay.

Wedding

We have used this boutique hotel numerous times for various family members visiting us. It has never let us down.
Just recently it has come under new management and the cafe facilities below it have expanded once again into interesting and tasty restaurant facilities.
Prices have increased slightly touching 300zł per night for a couple with breakfast...but location makes it a must!
At peak times difficult to get a room as there are only a few. Book early!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Quality Stays

This is a lovely boutique hotel on the main square in Pszczyna. We had a suite on the top floor, with sofa in one room and a kingsize bed made from two singles in the other. There was no shortage of space.

Check in is from 2:00pm, and check out is not until noon, allowing plenty of time in the lovely town centre.

There is a delicious fresh continental breakfast spread.

Lovely stop

If you care about the standard of your accommodation, the room size, décor, central location close to facilities, and the view from the room - look no further. Piano Nobile is the best you'll find in Pszczyna today. There are only 7 guest rooms in this recently gutted and rebuilt XIX-century three-level building, with a restaurant and coffee shop/ice cream eatery on the ground level and the breakfast room and several guest rooms located on the 1st floor. We chose the second (top) floor room No. 3, which is more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, with beautiful views over the town central square and the Prince's castle, and comprises a separate spacious lounge room (with a leather sofa, bar cabinet, coffee table and wall-mounted TV), a large bedroom - with two single beds joined into a king-size bed and another wall-mounted TV, and a lovely modern bathroom. There's no elevator in the building but the stairs are quite "easy" low-riser, marble-clad and well lit.
The décor is lovely and modern although we found it a little too dark for the amount of natural light that the relatively small windows let in. Also, on the (slightly) negative side, there was no bar fridge and no kettle provided in the room (although the restaurant and the coffee shops remain open till late) and the bathroom was short on hooks and shelves for our bathroom gear. 
Considering the central square location and the relatively busy restaurant downstairs, we found the room exceptionally well sound-proofed.
The free in-room internet's speed wasn't lightning-fast but it did the job. Certainly no problem with Skype connections.
The daily breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding - the choice and quality much better than most 5-star hotels we have stayed in around the world.
We did not have a car so the lack of parking at or next to the hotel was of no consequence to us, but if you come to Pszczyna by car there are two large parking lots within a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, and a secure (guarded) parking at the bottom of Ulica Piastowska (intersection with Ulica Katowicka), about 8 minute's walk from Piano Nobile.

The finest tourist accommodation in Pszczyna

It’s more of a guesthouse than a hotel, with no carpark in its direct vicinity  and skylights instead of windows in rooms. Whoever designed it, must have liked dark colours, bathrooms are tiled black, rooms with black-ish wallpapers. It looks nice but lack of proper windows doesn’t help. Location is good though, actually it could not be better as it’s at the market square, close to few nice pubs and restaurants. Breakfast relatively poor, they could do better than this. 
Wifi kinda working but not really.

Good location, average service

I stay here every year, and it is the best hotel in the square. The rooms are excellent, and to a very high standard. I always upgrade to their best rooms as they look over the square. See you again soon!

Best hotel in the square.

This hotel may have few rooms but it was great. Right in the centre of the town square we couldn't have asked for more. We had had room no. 3 which had its own little living area, great bathroom with a great powerful shower. The staff were very friendly and could not have done more for us. We were offered secured parking for our rental car with was a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. I'm not sure if they classify themselves as a hotel or B&B but it certainly was the best little B&B we have stayed in and on par with 4 star hotels. Would highly recommend could not fault and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay to all staff.
