Beautiful very well kept place in a prime location. Close to all attractions, but very quiet and perfectly located. Rooms are very clean and updated. Everything at Villa Tilla is just perfect. I would highly recommend the place and will stay there again. Miss Malgorzata is just the perfect hostess there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

PERFECT!

We were looking for hotel close to Zieleniec Ski Arena and the hotel description said it is 11.8km Zieleniec, in reality it is 23.2km which makes a big difference. We stayed for three nights and our room wasn't cleaned once. It is ok hotel only.

Villa Tillia was perfect for us.  My 82 year old mother and I traveled to Polanica-Zdrój from the USA as the town was her childhood home before WW II.  We were delighted to find this gem of a hotel in a beautiful little city.  The staff was exceptionally helpful, the room clean, and we loved the little balcony where we could open the windows and hear the church bells.  Traffic from the road was a bit noisy, but all in all, our stay was exceptional!!!  Thank you!!

Gem in a beautiful city!

Rooms were clean, fresh towels and a small shampoo was waiting for every guest. Each day the room service provided you with two small bottles of their local mineral water. The breakfast was diverse and plentyfull, it was served at decent hours. The service was great, the WIFI reception was decent and the TV had NETFLIX installed on it :). The only complaint would be the lack of AC and a noisy road outside the window.

Clean and with great service

Very nice and pleasant. No complains, friendly staff, ok breakfast, clean.

I made a requests 6 months ago for a lower floor and they put us in the attic which was only a half room, on my complaint they told us if we dint like it we could go somewhere else , poor wifi & need to clean the overhead lamp shades. Very unfriendly people.

I stayed here with a bunch of friends whilst competing in a sporting competition in the local area. We actually found the hotel on Booking.com and I'm so glad we decided to book here. We do come with a lot of problems for hotels: mountain bikes, dirty shoes, etc. The owners were so friendly it was amazing. No issues at all from them and our bikes. We could not have been made to feel at home more. 

The owners are Ahua and and wife team who are originally from Gdansk and have been the owners for the past 10 years or so.

I actually had to leave very early in the morning, before 3am, to catch my flight and the husband was up to ensure the gate was open.

Location wise the area is beautiful. The town has a very long history with its Spa and Health Resorts. Lots to do and see. 

I would definitely recommend Villa Tilia to anyone.

Great Hotel

Very good located hotel with big free parking and good breakfast. Room was clean, cozy and heating worked fine. Bathroom was clean and big. I did not use wifi. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is perfectly located nearby promenade and few good restaurants. Only one bat thing for someone lift entrances are on landing.

Good hotel to visit the Polanica

A good hotel in the touristic centre of Polanice Zdroj. Staff is not that friendly but the breakfast and the rooms are okay. It's quite a big hotel so don't expect a cosy tiny hotel. It's located near to the main street.
