This not a hotel, which is aparent by the name. These are serviced apartments.Really nice overall. The reception is across the street and the process is very easy in essence. Pick up your keys and you have your house for your trip. Reception people we excellent.We never had the room cleaned or towels changed for a 3 day duration, which could upset some, but as we had read reviews, we prepared for this, so it certainly wasnt a problem.With the weather, there was a lot of families taking advantage of the kids areas in the middle of the complex.Apartments were very spacious. We had booked a 5 man apartment, it could certainly have hosted this...but its not immediately aparent this is a 5 person place. 2 obvious beds and 1 fold away effort.The local area isnt great on the eye and the traffic can be very noisy...considering the weather was good and there is no air con (you are supplied a large fan), leaving windows open, caused us a bit of earache.With regards the area, despite the look, we had no problems at all. The main city centre is 20mins walk away. There is a supermarket along the road and some small shops across the street, coffee shop, pizza place, small convenience store.In summary, for the money, this is excellent value.

Nice, apartment that had all the features we needed. Very quite area. Second time I have booked apartment through them and I will again if I go back to Lodz. Very good price.

Nice apartment

If your visit to Lodz is related to an event in Atlas Arena then this is a great place, in walking distance to arena. 
You will find this place on booking under two different names (this one and Loft Bed & Breakfast) - it is the same. 
The area is OK. It seems to me that it is an old industrial zone, the building itself being proably a former factory. In fact the apartments are on the second level, on the first level there are some companies. 
I had an apartment which was big and very nice. 
The breakfast was the best one in a hotel during this trip in Poland.

Perfect place for Atlas Arena

The apartment was spacious and clean, there was a strong smell of cleaning solution so had to open the windows to air it out. Good size bathroom and shower. The sofa bed was comfortable, the beds were a little hard. Wi-fi was a bit slow.

Good hotel for a short stay

A nice 2 bedroom apartment with a full (but small) kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge, oven, stove top and microwave. NO COFFEE maker!!! 

washing machine and decent wifi. Not great views from our tiny bedroom balcony with no chairs.

Modern, clean, nice staff. secure complex and safe underground parking.

100$ a night is a bit pricey for this city But location is pretty good (.75 miles to center of downtown) and a grocery store around the corner was helpful.

It was a great time to stay there. Very close to centre of Lodz .

These are actually small to large apartments you can rent by the day, week or month, most have kitchens and refrigerators, immaculately clean and well taken care of.  There is a lift you can take as the business, rooms and breakfast are on the second floor.  They also have additional apartments bought out across the street in an apartment complex.  Prices range from 175PLN (42USD, 39Euro, 30 GBP) per night per person and up, so the prices get quite hefty if there's more than one person.  They really should lower their prices as there are other places I have reviewed in this city that are just as nice but WAY cheaper, that's my only complaint.  Otherwise, they speak English, are very friendly and very clean.  Parking is unfortunately on the street.  Small markets and restaurants are within 2 minute walking distance.

Nice Apartments but a bit Pricey for Poland

I booked this online as a 3 bedroom apartment.  It turns out in Poland that all properties include the living room bed settee as a bedroom. (hence  very good  not excellent)  However it did have bathroom, shower room and a 3rd toilet so for 4 adults and 2 children (7&11) it gave us a great base for exploring Lodz.  The apartment was in a block opposite the main Apart hotel so I  can't comment on that accommodation.  However, this apartment was in a modern secure block and was very nice indeed.  There was some building work going on but it didn't bother us as we were out most of the time during the day. The staff on reception were very helpful, ordering taxis when needed and arranging cleaning, towel and bedding changes etc. There is a supermarket 200 yards away, a smaller shop opposite and the very good Tulipan restaurant nearby. Trams and buses are a few minutes walk away with tram journey to Manufactura taking 15 - 20 minutes.  The Zoo is a 20 minute walk (with children) and the family enjoyed that visit while Grandma and Grandad visited other attractions and cafes near the centre.

Perfect place to stay for work , relax & fun .

This is nice, for good price. We ware gone (4 of us) for Volleyball World Champions, and it was perfect place for us. Close to main attractions, close to the stadium. High standard apartments (very modern). Really good for this price and for bigger group of people.
